Setiap tahun membuka program beasiswa S1 dan s2. tahun 2008 ini saja, disediakan untuk 300 mahasiswa S1 dan 50 mahasiswa S2. untuk program S2, batas umur maksimal 40 tahun. Biasanya disalurkan ke Universitas di Indonesia yang menjadi mitra, seperti Universitas Indonesia, Universitas Gajah Mada, Institut Teknologi Bandung, Universitas Sumatera Utara, dan Universitas Riau.
